The Technology Coordinator will be responsible for configuring and supporting client computing (desk side) and for office-based technology support including but not limited to, notebook computers, mobile devices, printing devices, networked copiers, and a variety of accessories and software applications. The selected candidate will manage the PC provisioning process by issuing computers to staff, configure computers to established standards, provide initial new user training and maintain personal computers that are deployed throughout the Association. Candidate is responsible for client standards, application technical support/troubleshooting, service request resolution, AHA technology event support and software configuration. The Technology Coordinator will complete advanced technical troubleshooting on technical service requests, work closely with the Technology Service Desk, specialized technical teams and Manager of Affiliate Technology Services in partnership for service delivery, work on special implementation projects within their territory and enterprise projects as assigned, including AHA office moves and closures.

Major Responsibilities Include:

1. Deliver client computing deployment and support for organizational efficiency in keeping with customer service for client computing.

2. Provide technical provisioning for new staff.

3. Support and maintain AHA technology assets as needed to ensure service to staff and accurate asset management.

4. Coordinate support implementation for AHA events as established by AHA business requirements.

5. Demonstrate and lead a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and/or exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; makes customer issues a priority.

6. Manage client OS, application installation and client troubleshooting.

Required Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent mix of technical school and/or experience is desired.

2. Minimum of 1 year related experience in IT.

3. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint design, administration and support strongly preferred.

4. Business process consulting skills a plus

5. Experience providing remote IT support for multiple sites as well as home-based staff

6. Demonstrated, strong process and follow-through skills.

7. Ability to interact and communicate with customers of all levels and clearly exchange ideas, facts and information.

8. Ability to prioritize workload, multiple projects and keep management informed with limited supervision.

9. Ability to travel up to 50%.
